I can't wait to get started on your tailor-made item, but first I will need some measurements from you. You can fill them out in the list below. If you need some help, you can find some explanation underneath the form. Or drop me a line and I'll come to the rescue!

Before you get started:

Ask somebody to help you and take measurments only wearing underwear, to be as accurate as possible. Do note that the kind of underwear you are wearing (f.e. shapewear), can have influence on the measurements. Stand straight while having your measurements taken, unless mentioned otherwise. Also, make sure the tape measure is held snugly and firmly, but not too tightly against your body and is always parallel to the floor for circumference measurements.

Please insert all measurements in centimeters.
